Bougie Hippie Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase however, if for any reason you are not, we offer hassle-free exchange within 14 days of the delivery date or store credit valid for one year.  Please read the following policy guidelines carefully:

 

Eligibility

  • To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange.

 

Exchanges

  • You can exchange items within 14 days of delivery for another item of equal or greater value or store credit.
  • The items must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached.

 

Initiation of Exchange

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at heretohelp@bougiehippie.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • In your email please provide
    • order number
    • reason for the return/exchange
    • tracking number 

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless  t he item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Please notify us immediately if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.  
  • Use a trackable shipping method for returns.

     

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement.
