Founder and CEO Mena Rajan is an entrepreneur, mom, wife, sister, daughter, and friend who has set out to elevate the collective consciousness of humanity. 

Motivated by love, spirituality, and nature to create her line of upscale boho fashion, she founded Bougie Hippie in 2022. 

Mena is passionate about health, wellness, beauty & fashion and pays meticulous attention to detail which shows in her life and brand.

By trade, Mena is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine, inspiring others to take charge of their health and lives using natural medicine.  In practice for over 10 years, she continues to treat patients while taking on role as Founder & CEO of Bougie Hippie. 

Mena is an avid yogi, who enjoys travel, and deep conversation over a craft cocktail or a cup of tea.  She firmly believes in taking time to enjoy and experience life’s small pleasures… as the adage goes, “It’s not the destination, it’s the journey.”

Steve G Sanchez III, is the Director of Creative and Product Development for Bougie Hippie.  

Steve’s passion for women’s apparel design shines through his 20+ year career of conceptualizing, creating, planning, and producing cohesive global women’s wear collections.  

Steve's success as a women's wear designer is a testament to his creativity, artistic ability, and technical skills. His knowledge of production, trend forecasting, and a deep understanding of the target customer have been pivotal to his achievements.

Steve has built a reputation for achieving top-selling designs working with several prominent brands throughout his career.  He has received industry press and awards recognizing his successful leadership and creative direction in all product categories and licensees.  

Steve’s designs have been acclaimed for their innovation and commercial viability solidifying his reputation as a creative leader in the fashion industry.
